All the products we sell are new and never used. We do not sell cigars and / or tobaccos.

Payment methods accepted:

Products are covered by warranty. 

In any case of return, the shipping costs are always charged to the buyer. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the object is not made complete and in the same conditions in which it was received. We will refund the amount spent (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days. from receipt of the return via the same payment method used by the buyer to purchase the item.
